Well folks, all good things must come to an end.
Slowly the sun creeps lower in the sky, each day withdrawing earlier and earlier. Now in the morning you start to notice the cold prick your skin. You step out into the slow developing kaleidoscope of red, orange, yellow leaf and by the time you really notice it the bulk of them have already begun to fall, leaving behind skeletal branches outlined against the blackened sky, the cold cutting deep.
The wheel ever turns and like the jubilant green leaf of summer, we too must one day wither and fall from this tree of life.
I have lost my first game of the season.

That’s our Week 6!
I truly cannot keep track of the NFL schedule this season. Like, I’m not totally stupid and can remember which days they play, but they keep doing morning starts and Monday double headers…
I feel like they’re trying to not let us catch our footing. They’re trying to get us all fucked up so that they can start a Euro division and we all will already be used to waking up at 7am to watch football. More Goodell scheming no doubt.
I’ll have a nice long one for you all about China next week. Some stuff about capital controls, anti-corruption campaigns, plenty of charts. It’ll be great.
